There is much to celebrate in 2012 not least the demise of 2011. The on again off again recession , the Euro-zone crisis, phone hacking by the scurrilous media (is that all of them?) and some of the investment banks still paying people obscene amounts for gambling with our money! So much for 2011.
So what is good about 2012? The Olympics, the Queen’s Diamond Jubilee and the chance to reinvigorate your business after the doom and gloom of 2011. Yes I know the Euro problems have not gone away and that we are in a period of stagnation if not recession. But by thinking differently most companies that are well attuned to their markets and customers can survive and prosper. For instance take a look at your competitors. Most of them are still going too. How much of the market is your share? I’ll bet there is plenty of market share to go for.
